Hello everyone, today over on Cupcake Craft Challenges we have a sketch to follow that has been created by my talented teamie Caryn. We are sponsored this week by Simon Says Stamp with a fantastic prize of a $20 gift voucher + free shipping. I am also going to enter this card for this week's ABC challenge which has a theme of G is for Green.
For my card I have used an old penny black image which I love (although it takes ages to colour!), it is coloured with distress inks and added to the card with dimension tape. The paper is from K & Co and the ribbon, flowers, brad, spacer and pearls are from my stash.
As usual, a close up
Supplies
Card/Paper: Cream and green card, K & Co - Classic K McKenna
Stamps: Penny Black - Blooming Teapot
Colouring: Distress inks - fired brick, worn lipstick, spiced marmalade, broken china, weathered wood, black soot, faded jeans, dusty concord, peeled paint
Embellishments: Flowers, ribbon, pearls, PM pearl brad, spacer
Tools: Water brush, retro flower punch, leone em branch punch
