Hello everyone, today on Cupcake Challenge 191 we have a theme of ooh, la, la and this week we are sponsored by Simon Says Stamp who are giving us a $20 gift certificate as a prize.

For my card I went with the red, white and blue colour combo and I made a thank you card for my interpretation of oh la la!! The DP is from DCWV and I have used stamps from my WMS victoria frippery set. The doily has been cut with a Marianne D die and I have finished off with some ribbon and jewels.
