Hello everyone, today over on Cupcake Challenge 121 it was my turn to set the theme and I have chosen the festive theme of non traditional christmas. This week we are sponsored by Meljen Designs and they are giving us the fabulous prize of four digi images! I am also entering this card for the following challenges; Just Magnolia Challenge Challenge 85 where the theme is a christmas card, Stamp with Fun Challenge 89 has a theme of Christmas, and Copic Creations Challenge 40 where the theme is light source (I have mine from the front).
For my card I have used Christmas Eve Tilda from the Magnolia So Jolly & Under the Mistletoe Collection 2009 and she is coloured with copics. For the background I have sponged the edges with weathered wood distress ink and have stamped the Silent Night background from the Magnolia Santa Collection 2008. The DP is from Bo Bunny and the tag was cut with a Magnolia Doo Hickey die and stamped with the silent night background. I finished the card off with some ribbon, a ribbon slider, some pearls and a little glossy accents on the present and the ribbons in her hair.
So, the other girls have done a great job as usual and provided some fabulous inspiration and also, don't forget our Cupcake Madness... this month we are sponsored by Wild Rose Studio and they are giving us a prize of two gorgeous stamps. All you have to do to enter is join in with at least two cupcake challenges this month and your name will be included in the draw.
