Blooming Teapot

This card is for two challenges, Penny Black Week 42 where the theme is think spring and Truly Scrumptious Challenge 3 where there is a great sketch to follow.

The Penny Black stamp is an old one from 1997 and I think it is so pretty. I just received it as a gift for christmas, but this is the first time I have used it and it is coloured with distress inks.

The papers are from papermania and the outer circle has been pierced for added detail.

Supplies:
Card/Paper: Cream and pink card, Papermaina - Exquisite
Stamp: Penny Black - Blooming Teapot
Colouring: Distress inks - black soot, weathered wood, vintage photo, peeled paint, dusty concord, faded jeans, broken china, fired brick, worn lipstick, and spiced marmalade.
Embellishments: American crafts ribbon
Tools: Water brush, cuttlebug, nesties, perfect paisley embossing folder, needle, scalloped scissors
Thanks for looking x
