Hello everyone, today on Cupcake Challenge 122 we have a theme of thank you and this week we are sponsored by The Creative Cottage who are giving us a £10 gift voucher as a prize and Tickled Pink who are giving the lucky winner either the choice of two digis or one rubber stamp. I am also entering my card into this month's Quixotic Challenge where the theme is also thank you.
For my card I have used a WOJ stamp from the birdie love stamp kit and it is coloured with copics and highlighted with stickles. The DP is from papermania and the embossing was done with my divine swirl folder. I hand wrote the sentiment and finished off with some ribbon and jewels. This card was really quick and easy to make, but I'm not happy with it......I used a cream card base and therefore embossed cream card for the front and I'm not too sure about it! lol!
So, the other girls have done a great job as usual and provided some fabulous inspiration and also, don't forget our Cupcake Madness... this month we are sponsored by Wild Rose Studio and they are giving us a prize of two gorgeous stamps. All you have to do to enter is join in with at least two cupcake challenges this month and your name will be included in the draw.
Supplies
Card/Paper: Cream and blue card, Papermania
Stamps: WOJ - Birdie Love
Colouring: Copics - B32, B23, B24, YG03, G21, YG67
Embellishments: Ribbon, jewels, stickles
Tools: Cuttlebug, nesties, d'vine swirl folder, sewing machine

Crafty Sentiments Sneak Peek 1
Hello everyone, today I have a card to show you that features one of the soon to be released stamps from Crafty Sentiments. The new spring stamps will be released on 6th June and I have to tell you that there are some real cuties. I am also entering this card into Quixotic Challenge 28 and Copic Creations Challenge 29 which both have a theme of animals.
I coloured the Crafty Sentiments image with copics and the DPs are from my stash. I used my MS trellis punch to make the scalloped border - I just slotted the trellis bit underneath my matted DP. I finished off with ribbon and jewels and the centre of my bow has a ribbon slider - it took me ages to figure out how to make this, I was just having one of those moments, but I am pleased with the end result.
Supplies
Card/Paper: Yellow and white card, DP from stash
Stamps: Crafty Sentiments
Colouring: Copics - W1, W3, W5, W7, C1, C3, C5, C7, R20, Y11, Y17, YR23, BV00, 0
Embellishments: Ribbon, jewels, ribbon slider
Tools: Cuttlebug, nesties, sewing machine

A Labour of Love!
Hello everyone (again!), I was going to post this card tomorrow but I have just finished it and decided to post it straight away, it has been a total labour of love and it seems like it has taken me ages to do! I started it last week and I have done other cards in between but at one point I thought I was never going to get it finished!!! It is a Whiff of Joy DT card and all of the stamps I have used are from the Whiff of Joy Stamp Kit Birdie Love. I am also entering it into the following challenges; I have followed the sketch from Totally Gorjuss Challenge 20, Copic Creations Challenge 23 is to use green, Stamp Something has a girly theme, Cute Card Thursday Challenge 102 has a green theme, Simon Says Stamp has a mother/girly theme, Quixotic Challenge 15 has a theme of leaves and finally Stamp with Fun Challenge 49 has a spring theme this week.
Right, onto the card! I have wanted to make a paper bag card for ages and I finally got around to buying some brown papers bags and having a bash at one. All the stamps are from Whiff of Joy and all images have been coloured with copics. The DP is from DCWV and the ribbon, jewels, flowers, spacer and brad are from my stash.
On the inside of the card I made a pocket on one side the holds two tags and decorated the otherside. I made an insert that slides inside where a greeting can be written.
My final image shows the two tags and the insert pulled out so you can have a better look. I stitched around all the elements of my card using my sewing machine. I am going to use this card for my Mum on mothers day, I think I may also get a voucher for a garden centre to pop in the pocket on the inside as a gift.

Rae with Journal
Hello everyone (again!) I made this card and I have found that it can fit in with six challenges! That is the most I have ever managed for one card, I can usually manage two or three without much thought, but I have never done six!!! lol!! Firstly, Quixotic Challenge 8 and this week's Simon Says Stamp both have a theme of hot chocolate and I have used this inspiration and gone for the colour combo pink and brown, Charisma Cardz Challenge 1 has a theme of pink, brown, cream and toffee, Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge 13 has a theme of birthday, ABC....L has a theme of layers and finally I have used the sketch from Stamp Something - although for this one I did make a minor error - I put my ribbon on and I realized I'd put it on the wrong side so my squares are back to front - I understand if I have gone too far off the sketch and my card doesn't count!
So, onto the card! I have used the wonderful Rae with Journal from Mo's Digital Pencil and she is coloured with copics. My DP is from Basic Grey and I have stitched around all the elements. The ribbon is from my stash, I have computer generated the sentiment and attached it with silver chain. Finally, I finished of with a jewel.
Card/Paper: Pink and cream card, Basic Grey - Sugared
Stamps: Mo's Digital Pencil - Rae with Journal
Colouring: Copics - E00, E51, R20, E21, E33, E35, E37, E29, RV10, RV21, RV23, R02, RV02, RV04, BG10, YG03, G21, YG67, Y17, YR00, YR20, C1, C3, C5, C7, 0

This card is a commission for someone for their mum's birthday and the image I have used is from Penny Black. I have coloured it with distress inks and it took ages to colour! The DPs are all from papermania and I used my swiss dots folder for the embossing. My lace element is my punched edge which I used my MS doily lace punch to make, but if this doesn't count, I understand!

Supplies
Card/Paper: Pink and white card, Papermania - Blueberry hill
Stamps: Penny Black - Blooming Teapot

Sweet Tania
Hello everyone, todays card and tag combo is for five challenges; Secret Crafter Challenge 61 has a theme of matching set, Cute Card Thursday Challenge 89 has a theme of girly, Charisma Cardz Challenge 48 has a theme of summer and Quixotic Challenge 5 and this week's Simon Says Stamp Challenge both have a theme of charms.
I have made another easel card, I just love them! I was lucky enough to win a Roses on Paper Challenge a couple of weeks ago and the gorgeous stamp I have used was my prize. She is called Tania Baking and I have coloured her with copics and highlighted with my inksenntials pen. The DPs are basic grey Lemonade - my fav - I love the bright summery colours and patterns! I have been stitching again - my sewing machine doesn't know what has hit it!! lol!! The ribbon, flowers, charm etc are all from my stash.
I have added a pocket to the bottom on the card and inside I have put two tags, one with a recipe for chocolate mousse and the other is to write a greeting on.
This is the gift tag that I made to match. I am going to use this set for my sister's birthday as I know she will love this gorgeous image as much as me!

Quixotic Challenge 1
Hello everyone, today's card is for the very first challenge on the Quixotic Challenge blog and they have a theme of birthdays...nice and easy!
I have done another easel card.... I just love these, they are so easy to do but I think they look so effective and it is a bit of a change from a normal fold! I have used Tilda with Ice Cream from the Magnolia Lazy Summer Days Collection and she is coloured with copics and highlighted with stickles. My DP is Basic Grey Lemonade and I think these are my favourite papers at the moment!
I have taken another picture so you can see it from a different angle. I used my MS doily lace punch for the middle panel and I finished off with some jewels.
Finally, my usual close up!
